Thank you for your swift reply. We were able to have a friend come by and take a look at the computer. We have Kapersky anti-virus installed but don't know what version. He was able to correctly Force restart the computer and close the program. We uninstalled SEB and installed it again with an updated SEB Client Setting for the exam. WINDOWS 10 :My husband needed to download SEB to take an online nursing exam that also required using ZOOM simultaneously. Initially he was able to open SEB and join the ZOOM meeting. Then there was an error and the test administrator (via ZOOM) said he had to leave the exam. When he opened SEB again it froze in the loading screen.
