Equalizer APO
It started crashing for me in build 18298.1000, which was released yesterday to the fast ring for Windows Insiders. I got around it by running Configurator.exe in Windows 8 compatibility mode. I haven't tested the other modes yet, but so far it has worked for me. Good luck!
