Dear Frank, I should emphasize, that exporting intranet-reporting/view?report_id=<ID> reports handles encoding (UTF-8) correctly. It is about single ("stand-alone") TCL file reports. I followed the Gemini's general proposal and it works: Skip im_report_write_http_headers for the CSV view. Inject the Content-Disposition attachment header. Call ns_conn encoding utf-8 right before ns_headers 200 "text/csv; charset=utf-8". BTW I'm on Linux for about 20 years till now exclusively and MS Excel is out of...

Hi Frank, according to the requirements of Lithuanian (and of many other languages) spelling, the UTF-8 encoding is needed. Using reports from intranet-reporting/view?report_id=<ID> there's no problem. By using single TCL file reports from e. g. intranet-sla-management/reports/<report_title> text in the HTML output is rendered correctly, however switching to CSV produces garbled characters instead of Lithuanian characters with diacritics. What additions are needed? (]po[ v. 5.2 bare metal) Thanks!...

Hi all, for me (and for all probably) the issue is resolved, using Frank's instruction above: ... uncheck the "load SQL data-model"

Hi Frank, Thank you for the hint. I just did a fresh reinstall of entire ]po[ v 5.2 with the same steps following the instruction, then ran package install for "intranet-reporting-indicators" with "load SQL data-model" unchecked. Voila! The Home page indicator portlet as well as other indicators which I reviewed through the site are visible and functioning. P. S. I'll keep in mind GitHub for contacting in the future (there are still no discussions seen for now).

Hi Frank, it took a while... Fresh install of ]po[ v.5.2 here by following the instruction https://www.project-open.com/en/install-ubuntu-noble-numbat . Exactly the same problem still persist. Because in the packages' list the package "intranet-reporting-indicators" is missing, I gave it a chance to install. It failed because of many errors of particular type: duplicate key value violates unique constraint. The package's install log attached.

Hi Frank, I'm running ]po[ 5.1. The library is in place: /web/projop/packages/intranet-reporting-indicators/tcl/intranet-reporting-indicators-procs.tcl and the user projop, which runs nsd, can access it as well as has execute permission (seems it's not required). Still none of the procs names from mentioned library is recognized, when nsd is run in the command (interactive) mode.
