Hm, yes, that seems to clear it up: with that build, the tests run successfully (apparently). It seems unlikely that there'd be a very similar problem with both my installation of FFTW3 and of MKL's FFT library, though?

I'm trying to build Elk 5.2.14 on one of our HPC clusters, and I'm having a lot of difficulty getting the tests to run with OpenMP without segfaulting. I've tried a fully Intel 2018 toolchain, with the 2018.3 Intel compiler, MKL, libxc and Intel MPI, the same but with FFTW3.3.8 in place of MKL's FFTs, and a fully FOSS toolchain with GCC 4.9.2, OpenBLAS 0.3.2, and FFTW 3.3.4, with libxc 4.2.3 compiled with the appropriate compilers, but with every configuration I've tried that includes OpenMP, I get...
