You mean in the menu bar (had to activate it to see)? Enigmail. In a message it is called Enigmail/pEp I can make a mail, try sending it, won’t work (without any error message), switch to add-on manager, disable Enigmail, send. Made a log-file of this. Aha, console says: enigmail> /usr/bin/gpg --charset utf-8 --display-charset utf-8 --no-auto-check-trustdb --no-tty --batch --no-verbose --with-fingerprint --with-colons --import-options import-show --dry-run --import gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found....
