Yes I do; I'm running Version 03.23.124.00 32 bit on Windows 10. I experience the same issues with UPPER CASE, Typoglycemia and Slugify options. Hm, I found it does work in this browser and also in a new e-mail. So it has to do with the receiving program; I tried it in Visual Basic 6 IDE (don't laugh please :-)). Maybe something with elevation? I start VB as admin.
