Hello Daniel, I appreciate your reply. I have a few concerns with your response. First, I am not certain my others will share our issue as we may be the only ones using such a player in quizzes. Most others may approach audio questions differently. Second, the students experiencing these issues have ABSOLUTELY NO problems with sluggish, stalled or stuttering players when using our course is a standard web browser- i.e. firefox, chrome. The issues ONLY arise when they are using Safe Exam Browser....

Hi There, I provided you with login for our test environment in a private email. This issue has now been reported on machines using Mac Sierra. The SEB is not handling HTML5 audio player consistently. Some machines it works, some it doesnt. We have no idea what is causing this difference. HTML5 Audio Issues with SEB on WIndows 10

Hello There, Our organization has started to use Safe Exam Browser in conjunction with our Moodle LMS. Many of our courses are music related and the questions contain audio excerpts which are being played via an HTML5 audio player. We are running SEB 2.1.3 for Windows and 2.1.2 for Mac. *we are aware the 2.1.5 version exists for Windows but have not yet rolled it out to customers.
