Crash on Misc Settings Page

The last patch (1.63.1b6.2) finally resolved the issue for me. It does not crash on launch anymore & toggling the setting does not crash the app.

I figured out what is crashing the app. This update worked it allowed me to open the app without crashing. All of the settings were reset to default upon opening. I recustomized all the settings once I was done & closed/reopened the app again it started crashing on launch like before. I went through the settings one by one & found the culprit: 'Runs file operations in a foreground service' Once I toggle that setting it starts crashing upon launch. I will attach the crash logs again.

Just an update the latest patch released today (1.63.1b6) did not resolve the issue. If you want me to give you another set of crash logs or any additional info lmk.
