So we cannot set the command go to bind with file type? only can bind to file ext?

But why a file with shbang=python, cannot have a menu [tools]->[go]? while a .py file have this menu activated?

It is like that 1#! /usr/bin/env python

Can I make scite judge the file type according first line when the file has no ext
