add transparency support to palette specification

What are the python packages I am supposed to have installed so that pyrx is able to run?

I downloaded: pyrx-code-332.zip

I did a source install using: python setup.py install --home=~

cat /etc/issue Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS \n \l

No module named PyRx.wxMainFrame
