• wxPython version 2.8 - http://wxpython.org.
• The Visualization ToolKit (VTK) for 3D computer graphics - http://vtk.org
• Enthought Tool Suite - http://code.enthought.com.
• Open Babel for importing SDF files - http://openbabel.org.
• AutoDock - http://autodock.scripps.edu and Vina - http://vina.scripps.edu
• ePMV, embedded Python Molecular Viewer - http://epmv.scripps.edu
• numpy version 1.8 - http://www.numpy.org. Ubuntu 16 might have version 1.11 that dropped support for oldnumeric that is needed for AutoDockTools. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/autodocktools/+bug/1640586

I recommend buying the lastest version of PyRx instead. Good luck!
