    Perhaps I can explain the situation. I'm aware of domains getting blacklisted for spam through hitting spamtraps or a lot of complaints. One of my client's hit Razor2 when we did an email test. The support who looked into it said they fell into SMS spam. I'm not sure of the perameters of how a domain enters SMS spam. I know they were sending SMS's, but how did it get tied to the domain? I would just like to avoid any of this in the future.

    Thank you for your response. I'm running GHL and noticed a sudden influx of SMS from this partner to the point of non compliance of GHLs policy resulting in SMS suspension. As a result, I've throttled the amount of SMS that can be sent daily so this doesn't happen again. On an unrelated note, I wasn't aware there was SMS spam attached to a domain.     You are correct, We hired someone who claimed to be an expert in outbound emails. It costed us more to clean up the mess than anything. He had imported hundreds of thousands of "leads" which we have no idea where they came from. We are trying to recover from this mistake and have since done a massive scrub on our list. Could we get a one time reset on this matter? We are having trouble with basic communications with clients because of this. Thank you!
