Perhaps I can explain the situation. I'm aware of domains getting blacklisted for spam through hitting spamtraps or a lot of complaints. One of my client's hit Razor2 when we did an email test. The support who looked into it said they fell into SMS spam. I'm not sure of the perameters of how a domain enters SMS spam. I know they were sending SMS's, but how did it get tied to the domain? I would just like to avoid any of this in the future.
