Hello support, We are a growth and empowerment company that teaches people how to use their voice to gain authority in their space. We need to communicate with our customers about services to be rendered but it seems our domain (www.beloudcoach.com) or IP address(209.85.166.177) listed in your blacklist and you regard our domain and emails as spam!

We checked our mailing system and Its configuration is correct. We've also overhauled our auditing for our mailing list. Please check and help us from flagging the razor system so we can effectively communicate with our customers.

    Hi there,

    The domain beloudcoach<dot>com was in messages that were reported spammy by end users.</dot>

    There were a very high number of reports. Looking at the feedback I see:

    • 96% of reports seen were to block
    • 0% of blocks were from spam traps
    • First report : 2023-03-22 07:51:14 PT
    • Last report : 2023-04-14 07:41:56 PT

    It has been legit since 2023-05-28 06:13:17 PT.

      You are correct, We hired someone who claimed to be an expert in outbound emails. It costed us more to clean up the mess than anything. He had imported hundreds of thousands of "leads" which we have no idea where they came from. We are trying to recover from this mistake and have since done a massive scrub on our list. Could we get a one time reset on this matter?

      We are having trouble with basic communications with clients because of this.
