Skim unexpected behaviour when selecting “presentation” in the presentation menu

Sorry Christiaan I rewrote my case here attached : hope you read it. As Preview has a correct behaviour, is it sure to indict Apple PDFkit ?

SKIM scrolling thru a document : issue when zooming

When I put the searched text within double-quotes, skim doesn',t crash at all.

I made the same search on much smaller files, and it didn't crash. So it's due to the file. The file's size is 13 273 629 Bytes. It was created by Acrobat PDFMaker 23 pour PowerPoint using Adobe PDF Library 23.1.206 (source Finder infos).

Hi Christian, Thans for asking but sorry, due to a non-disclosure agreement, I can't share the pdf. This is a rather large file (13,5 MB). I meet several issues with skim search on other files too. I will try to add documentation to this case when possible.
