#231 POG fails to generate POs
I just tried to convert an old project to v0.9.
Here is what I did:
-I imported the project.
-I clean and rebuild.
- I get "Error while running tool" on each
.bcm / .bpo / .bcc resource.
- I go to the obligation explorer. The POs are still there.
- I clean and rebuild again.
- The errors disappear.
- After clicking twice on the green checkmark in the obligation explorer, the POs have also disappeared.

Thank you very much for reporting this problem. I will try to investigate this before the end of this week.

This has been fixed and committed to CVS. The problem lied in an off-by-one test in the builder.
This fix will be available in the next release of the platform.
