Announcement:
A plugin that allow users to display / move / resize
pictures on a dockable panel. This is useful to people
that need to read information from drawings or layouts
in PNG / JPEG / TIFF or BMP (thanks to Imagero library).

* First official release - aimed 4.2API
* Beanshell function extends its functionnality
* Documentation written with docbook
* Unofficial release 0.9.9 supporting 4.1API is
available on request
