#204 [1.6] [OpenDocument] Upgrade 1.6.0 RC7-R11 TMX to new filter
TMX files from OmegaT versions 1.6.0 RC7-R11 have tag
markers incompatible with the new OpenDocument filter
to be released as a part of 1.6.0 RC12.
Hence there's a need to upgrade these TMX files on
read. Note that if TMX is a project's TMX, it will be
upgraded only once, if it's a legacy TMX, it will be
upgraded each time on read.

Considering that the RC are not the official stable version, will it be possible to
have a similar conversion for the current stable (1.4.5) ?
I don't think a huge number of people are still using it, but I certainly know a
few who are still afraid of the "unstable" status of al the RCs.

tag names in new OpenDocument filter, thus remove this
specific upgrade.
