With these two options checked, I have (in green):
Your project does not contain any document, etc.
before the actual project loads.
I think that's the actual bug.
After that, the first file displays correctly here. What you experience might be the display refresh problem we have on Mac recurrently.

I experienced all sort of display problems (double-click not bringing the exact segment, etc.) after I left this options checked when opening a project.
There's definitely something not very clean here.

Correction.

There's definitely something not very clean here.

This issue might be corrected with the new editor in 2.0.2.
So far, I have not reproduced it.

I don't see the issue any more. It must have been solved with the new Editor (2.0.2).
I close as fixed.
It can always be re-opened if the issue can be reproduced.
