File System Browser: Split View, Drag and Drop (filezilla)

It would be nice if a user could easily copy files from inside jEdit in a drag 'n' drop way, file-zilla like.

One idea is to enable drag and drop between two file system browsers, where perhaps one is docked and the other is floating. Combined with the FTP plugin, this would make it possible to use jEdit as fully-featured SFTP client.

Another idea is an additional dockable, "SplitFileSystemBrowser" which has two locations in the same Component, separated by a vertical splitter.
