Without this fix, the copyright mark of installer was still shown
incorrectly in property dialog of ...install.exe when it is built on
Windows XP Japanese locale, where system default encoding is MS932,
which is incompatible with ISO-8859-1.
The default encoding of the system should be of no importance since I've added the explicit encoding attributes to the copy tasks. Before that it was a problem. Still accepted though as we have it like that on trunk now also.
For someone visiting here, there was a related thread on jedit-devel
discussing the effect of system default encoding, and the decision of
the acceptance.
