#3194 4.3pre16 OSX: close-window box doesn't show modified

In 4.3pre15 and earlier on OSX, if a window contained any modified content, this was indicated by a dot in the center of the close-window box, same as other OSX apps. In 4.3pre16, it's not.

    Closing this as it was an intentional move of feature to the mac os x plugin which isn't fully available in the plugin manager yet. It's still in "beta" and available at http://www.bitbucket.org/seph/macosx/
