#2379 abbreviation tab is not kept

we opening the "abbreviation" pane in the global option
panel, the panel is always displayed with the "global"
abbreviation page and not the last language page I
used, it's not very friendly when adding several
abbreviation to a specific language because you have to
select each time the appropriate langage in the combo-box.

    This seems to be fixed.
    The last used language page is shown even afer closing and restarting of jedit.

    This old bug was fixed in r5527 by ezust.
    > Remembers combo box selection for abbrevs and shortcuts.
    The fix was released with 4.3pre5.
