OLED Support for Intuos4 M and L

This tar file contains a patch for a couple of kernel's wacom_sys.c file with respect to the latest production code (8.4-3). It also contains a patch for wacom_wac.h. In addition, there is a new ioctl header called wacom_ioctl.h. Patch in these files, recompile, install, and insert the new modules in order to have OLED support for the Intuos tablets. Follow the readme to learn how to compile apps that set the OLED displays.

If someone could let me know the number of pixels in the Intuos4 S OLED panels, I'll add code to support that too (that's really all I'm missing. I know the small version has 6 panels as opposed to 8, and I'm not sure of the size, so I'm not going to assume anything)
