Issues with regards to tabs

Hello:

Is it possible to change the interpretation of tab characters to changing focus between visual elements on a form? Currently when you hit tab it moves the cursor ("tabs" it) in the current text box.
Changing focus is the common idiom for tab.

Dan, a blind friend of mine who is also new to using Rodin finds the current tab implementation problematic as well. I can't describe his difficulty in any detail, but suffice it to say it makes Rodin harder to use.
