When the Replace dialog box appears, the "Replace
with:" box is already filled in with the value most
recently used. It would be nice if the "Find what:"
box was filled in similarly. Instead you have to
search for the value in the drop-down list, which is
ordered alphabetically.

The same applies to the "Find what:" field in the Find
dialog box, although at least here the drop-down list
seems to be time ordered, rather than alphabetically.
