    Pros: e-Bot 7 helped my family automate customer support and take a great burden off the staff. We still give human care and support to customers, but now it's just the important things.

    Cons: Some people are still turned off by AI, but like it or not, it is the future and it is the most efficient way of doing business. They can still reach humans when it's necessary.

    Overall: I like that e-bot 7 has made this technology user-friendly for people like me (who was charged with finding the technology for his family's business). I feel like we've made a step forward in how we do business.

    Pros: e-bot7's customer support we do like best: We can be sure that we receive support whenever needed, fast replies and meetings scheduled according to our availability! A few more points that we would like to mention:
    -User experience: Smooth and insightful environment, also for non-tech people.
    -Integrations: Wide range of possibilities, works great with any internal system that we have.
    -Onboarding process: Fast and easy.

    Cons: The solution sometimes incorrectly recognizes the customer question / problem.

    Overall: Most importantly, we are reducing the number of contact moments from our CS agents, providing our customers quick answers 24/7 as well as reducing their waiting times.

    "Great virtual assistant that gets smarter over time"

    Pros: The set-up of the solution was extremely easy - thanks to the e-bot7 team that works with dedication and incorporates any request we raise. Furthermore, the virtual assistant can be easily customized and rolled out in different languages, making their solution very valuable to us. Besides, the automation rate increases the more customer requests the chatbot handles, further freeing up our agents' capacity.

    Cons: In the beginning, there were are few issues that have been solved instantly. Also, e-bot7 has different packages available which made our choice difficult; hence, one needs to be sure of the customer services' vision.

    Overall: Our agents struggle with handling all of the customer requests since we receive a vast number of questions via e-mail. Initially, we implemented a live chat solution, but we realized that it did not provide additional value to our customers. However, with e-bot7's solution we realize great automation of our customer service and, thus, are able to reduce waiting times and increase customer satisfaction. Can recommend!

    Pros: The dedication that e-bot7's Customer Success team demonstrates we do like best. They are always available and work on a solution asap whenever we have a solution. Our meetings are well structured and of great value to us; they walk us through the roadmap, introduce new features to us and sometimes invite us to beta test new features they consider to implement. Generally, e-bot7 gives their best to precisely answer any questions that we have. They are very attentive - we can definitely recommend!

    Cons: We have not experienced any larger issues yet. All good!

    Overall: Our company went through tremendous growth with a constantly growing customer base. With e-bot7 we are able to handle a vast number of customer requests simultaneously as well as reduce our customer service team's workload. Hence, the solution provides enormous benefit to us.

    Pros: After having tried different vendors, we can tell that ebot7's solution is the one we like best: The interface is very intuitive; e.g., changing functionalities of the chatbot is simple and does not require any technical knowledge. The e-bot7 team has been super supportive in the beginning as they were very attentive by helping us to decide which package fits our needs best, setting up demo calls, and ensured a smooth onboarding and implementation of the solution.

    Cons: There is not really anything to complain about. In the beginning when the solution was implemented we felt that the analytics section could have been more insightful through additional statistics. However, e-bot7 constantly worked on improving that section,

    Overall: After implementing e-bot7's solution, our customer service agents do not have to deal with repetitive customer requests anymore and, hence, can focus on more complex requests right away. Our recent customer survey revealed an increase in customer satisfaction as they do not experience long waiting times anymore. As our international customer base continues to grow, we are considering to expand the solution.

    -e-bot7's collaborative and forward-thinking mindset
    -Intuitive solution with great UX beside great features - our customers love it

    Cons: We haven't discovered any larger downsides yet; notifications within the platform could be improved though. Other than that, all fine.

    Overall: Through e-bot7's scalable customer service solution we are able to significantly reduce costs per ticket and provide our customers with an additional touchpoint that is accessible 24/7 without any waiting time. There's big things to come, according to e-bot7 - we are so excited to continue the journey!

    Pros: e-bot7's platform fits our needs - intelligent virtual assistants backed by powerful AI, intuitive console including insightful analytics dashboard, easy to manage dialogue builder. Also, the staff of e-bot7 shows dedication to provide outstanding support for, e.g., advancing use cases and solving any issues that may arise.

    Cons: To date, we have only experienced minor issues that we would want to be added such as further options to analyze the virtual assistant's performance.

    Overall: We have only been using the solution for a short time, but have already achieved good results: About 73% of our ticket volumes are covered by the solution, more than expected at this point in time.

    Pros: Before we became aware of the solution of e-bot7, we never looked into the topic of AI: We thought it was too complex on the one hand and too expensive on the other. However, the team of e-bot7 showed us very clearly by means of specific use cases how our customer service would benefit. And this does not require any technical understanding on the part of our agents. Shortly after e-bot7's solution was implemented, we realized that the majority of our customers use the solution with great satisfaction. Now, after 2 years of cooperation we have saved a huge load of money - it's definitely worth it!

    Cons: Initially, the Zendesk integration was a bit bumpy; however, e-bot7 solved the problem right after they were informed.

    Overall: With e-bot7 we can offer our customers a 24/7 service and solve their requests quickly. Furthermore, we have realized great cost savings so far.

    Pros: We are impressed by the ease of use of e-bot7's solution. Everything included is intuitive as well as easy to handle, especially the console to create dialogues and edit the virtual assistant's settings. There is no need at all to include developers in this process! Besides, the integration with our CRM system was going frictionless.

    Cons: Search functionalities within the console are quite limited. This is a suggestion that we communicated to e-bot7, they are working on this.

    Overall: Solving customer requests quickly. We saw customer satisfaction (relating to customer service) decrease and, thus, lost customers to competition. With e-bot7 we are able to tackle this problem!

    Pros: We are extremely glad that e-bot7 has been recommended to us, otherwise we could not have coped with our recent customer service expansion. Thanks to e-bot7 we are able to instantly serve our international customers as well as build engaging customer relationships.

    Cons: The dialogue editor was a little faulty at first (for instance, changes were not implemented), but recent updates solved that.

    Overall: First, build loyalty, especially with our international customers, and also improve the overall customer experience through enhanced self-servicing.

    Pros: We like that e-bot7's solution is able to serve our international customer base with the different languages that are offered. We also like the easy-to-use dashboard (you can easily manage content and receive insightful analytics) as well as the fact that the chatbot is getting smarter over time (without manual effort from our agents). On top of that, e-bot7 is very supportive - they ensure that our use cases turn out to be highly successful and beneficial for our organization.

    Cons: Generally, there is not much to complain about. In the beginning, we were missing a few features in the chatbot builder platform.

    Overall: As our international customer base grew rapidly within the past year, the chatbot solution helped us to manage the increased customer service request volumes. It is a great solution that enables us to scale our customer service, which would be inconceivable without any automation.

The support of e-bot7 was extraordinary during that time - for example, they shared best practices on every step with us to ensure that we hit our launch date. On top of that, the back end is very intuitive and what is really fascinating is that we are now able to route conversations to different support channels, resulting in a reduction of customer waiting time by 68%.

    Cons: Initially, we have experienced some bugs that made the solution run badly; however, they have been completely solved over time.

    Overall: Thanks to e-bot7's solution, we are able to both significantly reduce our live chat volumes and reduce customer waiting times by 68%. We would absolutely recommend going with e-bot7!

Besides, our agents do really like the user experience with the console and dashboard, incl. tools to, e.g., receive insights about conversations. Also, e-bot'7s solution has been integrated seamlessly into our Customer Service platform, no hassle at all.

    Cons: Nothing huge to mention here; smaller issues have been instantly resolved by e-bot7.

    Overall: We have been with a different vendor before, e-bot7 stands out though: The solution reduces the workload of our customer service agents which turns out to be beneficial for both our agents and our customers since they receive support instantly.

    Cons: Further languages that we would like the solution to cover are not available yet. However, e-bot7 says they are working on covering further languages.

    Overall: Our customers do highly appreciate e-bot7's AI solution: We noticed that a large proportion of our customers demand service outside of our office hours. The solution provides 24/7 support and is able to resolve a large number of requests.

    Pros: We have worked with different vendors before e-bot7 has been recommended to us. Compared to the previous vendors, we have had a very positive experience with e-bot7 so far: In case of any issues or questions, the team is available instantly and highly supportive. On top of that, e-bot7 is proactively giving recommendations for additional use cases. I can assure that e-bot7 always exceeds our expectations.

    Cons: No dislikes, currently. We are very happy so far!

    Overall: We have already realized great benefits after a short time: Cost reduction through customer service automation. Significant increase of customer satisfaction due to, e.g., zero waiting time. We absolutely recommend to go with e-bot7!

    Pros: The greatest advantage is that the bot learns automatically and, hence, no manual effort on our side is necessary. This allows us scaling our customer service without having to utilize additional internal resources. Besides, the console is intuitive and super easy to use, incl. creating bots and editing contextual dialogues.

    Cons: Data download from the console has been slow initially, but e-bot7 fixed the issue instantly.

    Overall: We do absolutely recommend e-bot7's solution. The main reason to look for an AI solution that automates our customer service was the increasing number of customer complaints due to long waiting times. e-bot7 decreases customer waiting time to mere seconds. Overall, we are very impressed.

    Pros: I am heading a team of six customer service agents and they do all agree that e-bot7's support has been excellent from the very beginning. I have worked with different vendors before and I can guarantee that e-bot7 is the most supportive; this is very important to us, since we are working on a great variety of use cases at the moment. They do even share best practices to ensure that we will make the most of our use cases.

    Cons: The only point to mention here is that some analytics were not that easily understandable, however, e-bot7's team explained them in detail and they turned out to be absolutely useful.

    Overall: e-bot7 helps us to cope with large ticket volumes and create an improved as well as a more personalized customer experience. Overall, we are very satisfied due to both the outstanding customer support that we receive and the successful use cases.
