Deferit

Pros: I have used Deferit now for 2 years. I am paid weekly at my job, in smaller increments than a bi weekly pay structure, so I don’t always have the total amount needed to pay a bill in one payment. This has helped me so much to break up bills and pay them weekly or bi weekly. It’s easy to change due dates and make it work with my pay schedule.

Cons: I would really like to be able to pay my car payment on the app, but it never allows me to pay it.

Overall: It is a great tool to make sure bills are paid on time. Super easy to use, and has helped my credit tremendously.

Pros: I have never had any issues, I like the convenience of being able to split my bills when needed it helps out a lot.

Cons: I’m not very fond of the $14.99 fee monthly but it’s worth it to be able to split my bill.

Overall: Overall I think Deferit is awesome and I would recommend to any of my friends and family. Appreciate the customer service.

Pros: Deferit has saved me on so many levels when it comes to paying my bills! They will work with you when your late they will work with you when your short! I love them I recommend this app to anyone having hard times.

Cons: It’s nothing I do not like. Deferit has saved me on so many levels!

Overall: My name is Nicole and my experience with Deferit has been amazing. If it wasn’t for this app, me and my kids wouldn’t be able to keep our utilities on every month. when I lost my job earlier this year I didn’t have a lot of money coming in and this app allowed me to keep my utilities on I don’t think this company will ever know what they’ve done for me. I recently became a widow, so everything is on me with three kids and I take care of mother with dementia and there’s been times where I received a disconnect notice to turn off my light and I use this app and I was able to save my lights from being turned off. I can also change the pay back date if funds are not available which for me is a life saver. I want you guys to know that what you created is awesome and I have referred many people to this app and you have helped them as well. Thank you.

Pros: This help me through a hard time and I appreciate the customer service and how fast it acts on paying and reminding you to pay.

Cons: I have no cons to this I haven’t had a problem yet

Overall: Great I will keep using it, On time payments, it reminds you when it is your next payment, you can change the dates

Pros: It’s nice to have an option of having your bills paid in full to the company but in installments for the person paying it.

Cons: The $14.99 fee is like charging interest and it’s charged not once but every two weeks which to me is not ok.

Overall: I try to use this for certain bills due to the $14.99 fee. I feel this would be a great app if the fee was not applied unless you’re late or not able to pay.

Pros: I discovered Deferit on an the app store and have used them many times to help me pay some bills. When my money has been tight. They usually pay the bills fast. The way you can move your payment does hell as well

Cons: How to contact customer service. It takes 3-5 days to get back with you. Which is not the best when you are in a pinch

Overall: Overall I do love the experience I have had with Deferit and will use them again. When I need too.

Pros: Quick response time for processing, very easy to navigate app. Comes in handy when you need it the most.

Cons: Fees are kind of stacked but are affordable for me.

Overall: Good resource when you need extra money for a bill. Also if a down payment is needed it's instantly given back once paid in full.

Pros: The app is easy to use a turtle could do it!!! And it reports to credit report!!! Like who does that!!!

Cons: Nothing there is absolutely nothing wrong with this app yea you got to pay 15 bucks to use it but it helps out a ton

Overall: I will use this when I need it! It helps the customer out if they are in a pinch! With all the uncertainty in the world you may need help! Download Deferit now!

•Doesn’t take too much hassle to add required documents
•Flexible payment dates if unable to pay

Cons: •More important bills don’t qualify (for me at least.. ie rent, car payment)
•Balance hasn’t gone up anymore

Overall: Deferit is a great tool when you’re needing help but don’t have any. I’ve used it on my electricity bill and it has saved me from disconnection.

Pros: I’m a single mom raising a special needs child. Im paycheck to paycheck every month. Deferit allows me to pay a portion my bills. I’m able to pay more bills and still have money for things like medicine and groceries.

Cons: No cons for me. I love using Deferit. I do wish that I knew when checks were being sent

Overall: My experience has been great. I have referred my friends to Deferit and will continue to use it myself.

Pros: The payment plan is great and you can reach out to customer service if you need to extend your time to pay.

Cons: When my payment was due it was too late for me to ask for extension.

Overall: Great communication & help resolving my issue. Every time I need help with extending my due date they always help. Deferit is a great service for people that’s not able to pay their whole bill at once.

Pros: My electric bill was a little, and I needed and extra hundred before they would shut it off… by grace God I was able to stumble across this.. I’m so thankful it helped.. definitely recommend if anyone is in need will a bill, electric, phone etc.

Cons: I don’t think is any cons in my opinion.. definitely needs more stars.

Overall: Great! Definitely will continue with them if need be .. hundred to bill can go along way, approved just less than a hour.

Overall: I have been using this company for awhile now and they are quick and efficient to make sure your bill is paid. I have never had any issues with them. They notify me when they are preparing to pay the bill and when the bill is paid they notify you as well.
It customer service is great as well they don’t get back to you right away but they always respond and address your concerns within a timely manner.

Pros: Your able to split your bills into four payments. Customer service is great and extremely fast. Deferit has helped me in so many ways. Im very thankful.

Cons: Haven’t experienced any.. using Deferit is a piece of cake.

Overall: If I could give 10 stars I would . This has helped me tremendously! Ive used this service for almost two years and I've had no issues at all.

Pros: I love Deferit I use it for all my electric and cable bills. It’s so easy to use, and takes a lot of stress away.

Cons: Sometimes you have to accept/confirm the payment, and sometimes you don’t.

Overall: I really love Deferit and tell anyone about it who will listen. Discovering this service has literally been a lifesaver for my family and I when I don’t have enough in one shot to pay a bill. Splitting up the payments is so manageable and takes a lot of stress off of me about how I am going to manage to pay my bills. The process is so quick and easy to understand and reliable. I have not had any issue whatsoever using deferit. The setup is quick and easy without any hassles. I am definitely grateful the service exists and honestly don’t know what I would do without it especially in these hard economic times. The only thing I obviously didn’t like which most people probably don’t is the raising of the subscription fee but honestly I will take it if it means being able to split up a large bill. Thank you for offering this service, it is a blessing.

Pros: Deferit is an awesome app! This app helps me budget my spending because I’m literally living paycheck to paycheck. It allows me to spread out my expense spending weekly by paying a small portion every week by splitting all of my bills in 4 smaller payments.

Cons: I don’t like having a preset amount to spend unless I’m an habitual spender not able to make my payments timely. But if I am a frequent user; then there should be approved benefits to use the app with an unlimited amount as long as I am in good standing.

Overall: My overall experience is highly satisfied. I rarely have any issues with using this app. I would like to see this app be expanded to help pay on student loans, car payments, and/or credit card payments.
