Overall: Zoho Survey age of full fledged online survey maker which I personally used for collecting feedbacks and creating online polls. It supports multiple logics and allows to pass custom variable at the backend. The variable passing feature can be used to collect customer identifier for streamlining the report based on the context. It offers completely customisable theme which make it very easy to to amalgam late with the brand. It has a good repository of prebuilt themes and templates which can be easily edited based on the requirement.

Cons: I think the logic and branching can be improved to cover all scenarios.

The Reporting/Analytic section is effective and self sufficient to evaluate the performance of campaign.
