    Pros: Zoho SalesInbox is a sales oriented email client which offers tons of features to convert most of the leads with its exceptional segregation capability and follow up alerts. It provide priority setting and in-page notes for higher conversion.

    Cons: Zoho SalesInbox offers great capability for segregation of emails, which saves time to categorise the email and we can focus more on conversion.

    Overall: Zoho SalesInbox is a great option for sales oriented operations. The most strong part of this platform is its segregation capability which make it very easy to prioritise the emails which are about to convert and at the same time we can put up notes related to the lead which can help in better conversion and help other agents to have a overview of the deal for better handling. The analytics section is sufficient to evaluate the performance and other key performance indexes.
