Zoho Cliq

Pros: It is super easy to use and set up. You can communicate and share files/documents with your team easily and quickly. The mobile app and desktop app works fast and are reliable.

Cons: Sometimes when attaching a document, the user on the other end cannot open it. I then have to email over the document.

Overall: Overall I like that I can message and share files easily with my team. It saves time by using Cliq and not having to walk over to someone's office or desk. Without Zoho Cliq, I would be trying to track people down to communicate with them. Cliq makes it easy.

Pros: The ability to chat and video call makes Zoho Cliq the best tool available for team communication. It brings productivity across the teams. The integrations with Zoho CRM, salesforce, and other tools make practically easy and good solutions.

Cons: File access and share are not as per my expectations.

Overall: I liked the ability of the Zoho Cliq application. The integration support of this tool is incredible. Overall, Zoho Cliq is an intuitive application, which helps to communicate across teams.

Pros: Zoho Cliq is hands down the best team communication product I have come across. It converts disconnect remote employees into close connections. It's not limited to chatting only, you can also send files, documents and also make a video conference with coworkers.

Cons: As compared to Slack, Zoho Cliq has very few integration options.

Overall: Zoho Cliq comes top on the list for team communication. If you using Slack you will also love this platform. The video call is a superb addition. It makes remote communication a lot easier.

Pros: Zoho Cliq is an efficient and affordable team messaging app. It has a simple yet effective interface and provides great quality calls. It integrates well with Zoho one to make use of all the Zoho apps and also provides a generous storage capacity even for free users.

Cons: It is definitely a great tool. No cons.

Overall: Zoho Cliq is a good option for small indie teams who don't want to get into Microsoft 365 subscription. It is quite affordable and checks all the right boxes.

Pros: Great visual design which looks refreshing.

Cons: I am using the free plan and there is no con i could find yet.

Overall: Zoho Cliq is a great app for video or voice calling with your teammates when collaborating on a project. It is really great for small teams and startups as it is available for free and has affordable pricing if you want to upgrade to premium features.

Pros: Zoho Cliq is it team collaboration and communication platform. It offers voice and video based calls, white boarding for breifing and discussion. It supports sharing text, images, links, videos and much more like a normal communication app. It can be easily integrated with Zoho CRM Plus.

Cons: Zoho Cliq is very smooth communication app I didn't find any serious cons, to share.

Overall: Zoho Cliq is very functional team communication platform, which can be accessed from web and mobile application. It has a smart lookup feature which is very helpful to look up any specific file or conversation. It supports calendar scheduling so in between any conversation if you get something important to schedule you can schedule directly from the dashboard without jumping to any other tab. It can be used to host virtual meetings brainstorming sessions. Zoho Cliq works like a charm across all devices and platforms.

Pros: #1- Mobile version gives the same functionality and easy to establish inbound communication.
#2- Enables a collaborative platform for the team.
#3- Centralized communication for the sales and marketing team.

Cons: #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.

Overall: It gives the best solution for team conversation and planning. It enables an intuitive platform to connect and collaborate with the team. Easy to use instant chat and overall we had a positive experience.

Overall: Zoho Cliq is one of the best options for a team chat application. It is secure, loaded with features and is great for collaboration. It is free forever for smaller teams and even for larger teams it is an excellent choice at an affordable price point.

Pros: Zoho Cliq offers the best business team collaboration. A personal message can also be sent within the app. Zoho Cliq can be integrated with Zoho CRM is an excellent combination.

Cons: Zoho Cliq is promising team communication app. No cons to share.

Overall: I use Zoho Cliq which gives my business to communicate with team. It offers real-time messaging and gives us business collaboration and automation. My personal favorite is using combination with Zoho CRM.
