Pros: Zendesk Sell is very intuitive to use and provides almost all the necessary functionalities a CRM should provide. I like how easy it is to use and allows users to stay on top of their game.
Cons: It's expensive compared to other competitors and doesn't provide communication tracking like email opens, clicks, etc.
Overall: Overall I like the platform apart from the price it offers. Our team has been using the CRM for the past 6 months and we have been pretty comfortable with it as a sales CRM.

Pros: Zendesk sell is a very impactful CRM for managing sales, leads and interaction with customers. It increases the visibility to search and manage every leads we usually lost before. the main home screen is combined with all functions.
Cons: I would more happy If they add better reporting.
Overall: Zendesk is a very important and impactful CRM platform. My favorite thing about Zendesk Sell is its "lead tracker" it brings leads from different points. Overall, it's a very important tool in sales and marketing business.

Pros: - Quite complete in the features and tools provided. No need to use other software just for one or two things in the pipeline.
- Mobile app support for on the go updates is good especially with the friendly UI.
- Great insights and analytics.Cons: - The whole process of dealing with CSV files is tedious and not so user friendly.

Pros: For someone like me who's not too 'techy', I find it very easy to use! Its interface makes it possible to quickly and effectively organize day-to-day transactions.
Cons: I didn't quite like the fact that e-mails are delayed. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Pros: It has a great user-friendly interface. For a successful business you must have good CRM tool which helps your to manage your business and for this Zendesk Sell is the best option. I recommend Zendesk because it gives complete customer record within a page, easy and effective management. In short Zendesk Sell is a tool which gives you everything under the hood.
Cons: There is some issue on adding profile photo. Email updates are always delayed. Some reports are paid even on professional level. Fixing some issue takes longer than expected.
