About ZeaHire
ZeaHire is a web-based AI interview and screening platform for staffing agencies and hiring teams. It evaluates résumés against role requirements and supports structured interviews in three formats: an AI-led interview with ZeaLyn, a human-led panel with a live AI copilot, or an interview conducted through Microsoft Teams. The platform evaluates responses against role-specific expected answers and displays the reasoning behind each score. Proctoring can flag potential integrity issues during an interview. Recruiters receive an evidence record to review and share with a client, supporting consistent candidate assessment and handoffs. ZeaHire is designed to assist recruiting workflows, not make hiring decisions autonomously: a person reviews results and controls whether a candidate advances, is rejected, or is submitted.
