    "Very simple and easy to use"

    Pros: It is so fast, it took me less than 15 seconds to sign the document. It ran very well, no glitches or lagging. Well functioning.

    Cons: The design looks a little bit older. I would like it if it looked a little bit more modern.

    Overall: I've used DocuSign before and I like Zapendo because it was faster, and there were no glitches. I also appreciated the emails that were sent to remind me about getting the signature, it was very persistent.

    "Efficient Contract Management Software"

    Pros: Very easy to use. Uploaded folders and it kept the permissions. Critical to us is knowing when contracts are due to expire or have auto renewal features because we were burned by a company for thousands with an unwanted auto renewal. This contract management software alerts us and also displays the renewals on a dashboard. Great value.

    Cons: Have not seen anything yet. I have recommended this contract management software to others.

    Overall: This is easy to use and a great value. We were looking at software that cost 100 times as much trying to find similar features.

    "Best contract management platform"

    Pros: Zapendo allowed me to sign up for free to check everything myself and then make a decision. It has all the premium features in contract management that other software companies charge $20,000+

    Cons: It does take time to figure everything out because there is just so much.

    Overall: I spent weeks researching online all these different platforms and all of them were just a rip off. Sales people from other companies annoyed me so much with their custom quotes.
