Pros: Good integration with Skype. Useful shared file space. Packed with features, including meeting recording, webcast, and playback. Screen sharing is simple and easy. Good pricing and customer support. Encryption (128 bit) protects meetings against hackers.
Cons: No problems encountered so far. Everything works flawlessly.
Overall: Overall, Yugma is a powerful, easy to use and low cost teleconferencing solution for organizations of all sizes. The platform makes holding 500 person meetings as simple as a 4 person meeting with plenty of features including recording/playback and application/screen sharing. Seamless integration with Skype, low cost, and decent security and customer support make this platform a winner.
