Xyte is a cloud-based device lifecycle and operations platform designed for organizations to manage, monitor, control, and automate fleets of AV, UC, IoT, and smart building devices at scale. It offers centralized fleet management (both cloud-connected devices and those on local networks), real-time monitoring, and centralized firmware updates. It includes AI-powered agents (using something called the “Model Context Protocol” or MCP) to enable self-healing, automated troubleshooting, and faster issue resolution. Xyte integrates with existing IT workflows, ticketing systems, and messaging apps and offers no-code APIs to connect to many vendors. It provides enterprise-grade security, supports a universal device API, and has modular components.
