IMP (Interpretation Management Platform) is operations software for interpreting agencies, built inside Frederick Interpreting Agency, a working Deaf-owned agency in Maryland. It runs the entire workflow from first request to final payment: a scheduler with conflict detection and recurring appointments, job broadcasting that ranks interpreters by language, certification, proximity, and availability and rebroadcasts until filled, per-account rate cards with rush and after-hours rules, batch invoicing synced to QuickBooks or collected through Stripe, and separate interpreter pay tracking. Three portals give admins, interpreters, and clients exactly what they need. Interpreters accept jobs, set availability, and navigate from their phones; clients request interpreters, view invoices, and pay online. VRI and OPI calling are built in, and a live AI Translator covers 25+ languages. The Premium tier adds an AI phone receptionist, AI intake from PDFs and emails, and AI customer support.
