WodBoard is an all-in-one gym management platform that brings bookings, memberships, payments, programming, marketing, community engagement, and reporting into one system. Gyms can offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly memberships, class passes, drop-ins, and hybrid options, then manage recurring classes, courses, workshops, personal training, online sessions, booking limits, restrictions, and waitlists. Athletes use the native iOS and Android app for one-click booking, calendar syncing, attendance, score logging, personal-record tracking, comments, likes, and progress monitoring. Coaches can create programming with built-in workouts, percentages based on athlete records, supersets, complexes, EMOMs, videos, release times, and private notes, then display sessions and whiteboards on in-gym screens. WodBoard also captures leads from websites and social media, organizes them in a pipeline, and supports automated communication through email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
