About Whapier
Whapier is a cloud-based WhatsApp Business platform for businesses that use Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API to communicate with customers. It combines broadcast campaigns with approved templates, scheduling, personalization and pre-send cost estimates; a shared team inbox for managing, assigning and replying to conversations; and automation tools for keyword replies, visual flows and timed sequences. Contact records, custom fields and live segments support audience management, while appointment booking and an AI assistant grounded in business documents extend customer interactions. The platform also provides REST API access and outbound webhooks for connecting business systems. Plans include a flat subscription, with WhatsApp message charges billed separately by Meta. Whapier serves EU businesses and hosts product data in the EU; its interface is available in nine European languages.
