About WedKit
WedKit is a cloud-based wedding-planning workspace for professional planners, coordinators and studios managing multiple client weddings. From one dashboard, planners can open each couple’s wedding site, guest list and RSVP status, and invite couples to work on their own wedding without seeing other clients or billing. Each wedding supports guest websites, RSVP collection, meal choices, seating, email and SMS messaging, and a run of show that planners can print or share as vendor-specific call sheets. Couples, vendors and team members receive role-based access, while vendors see only the wedding details assigned to them. Planner and Studio plans add reusable checklists, timelines, RSVP-question and theme templates, team seats and studio branding. The web app supports English and French and is designed to complement, rather than replace, a CRM used for inquiries, contracts and invoicing.
