"Poorest Quality Product and Service Team"

    1 out of 5 stars Edited 2024-06-15

Pros: Cheap but in actuality it's very costly as you will lose your customers due to the bugs in their system

Cons: The poorest quality product and a pathetic support team. They keep doing R&D on live servers and instead of fixing the issue they believe in increasing the issues.

Overall: The price is cheap, but you need to pay a hefty cost as you will lose your customers due to their poor support and lack of knowledge. So never think of using Webuzo.

    2 out of 5 stars Posted 2022-07-26

    Pros: Variety of options available.
    Easy to use.
    Fast.
    Good UI.
    Costing is less.
You can install open source application in click.

Cons: Highly unstable. Most of the Options are not working, Need to connect with support time to time.

Overall: I will not prefer to use this panel. For test or dev. environment, you can use this but for production, I will not go with Webuzo.
