WAWin is a Chrome extension for sales and support teams using WhatsApp Web on Windows, Mac and Chromebook.

• Translate chats and preview translated replies before sending.
• Draft AI replies using your knowledge base; review drafts and cited sources.
• Manage customers with notes, tags, custom fields, assignees and follow-up reminders.
• Use quick replies, scheduled messages, broadcasts and chat by phone number.
• Sync selected chats to the web Console; export records and connect tools through API and webhooks.

Requires Chrome 140+ and WhatsApp Web. Chrome and WhatsApp Web must stay open and connected for sending. Scheduled messages, broadcasts, chat sync and Managed AI auto-replies require Pro or Team. Managed replies work only in one-to-one chats. The Console is not a shared inbox.

Free plan and eligible 7-day Team trial available. Independent product, unaffiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
