    Pros: - We connect our contact center to their SIP trunk
    - Automatically generate call's based on what a call want to achieve
    - You can choose any voice or request a unique one
    - You can choose between multiple Speech to Text softwares
    - Easy scalable: from tens of calls at time to thousands of calls at the same time.
    - Easy setup, less than 10 minutes to start calling your customers.
    - Highly customizable voicebot: when a bot calls, they give you a nice control, not only to the conversation also at SIP level and realtime events.

    Cons: - Sometimes calls are not being launched, but it is not charged to your bill, but they keeps in the records.
    - New features are being delayed.

    Overall: Final users are more comfortable with this voicebot due new features they added to control exceptions.
