About Vizcept
Vizcept is a browser-based AI tool for creating academic figures from written descriptions, study details, or data. It supports conceptual frameworks, CONSORT and PRISMA flow diagrams, research flowcharts, syntax trees, sentence diagrams, graphical abstracts, pathway diagrams, and posters. For conceptual frameworks, CONSORT diagrams, syntax trees, and sentence diagrams, it uses a language model to interpret input and code to place labels, arrows, and counts; other figure types are produced with an image model. Users can revise figures in a versioned workspace and export PNG or SVG files. Browser-based plotting tools create violin, box, and scatter plots from pasted data. Vizcept is aimed at master's and PhD students, researchers preparing papers, posters, or grants, and students and instructors in linguistics. A first figure is free; subscriptions and non-renewing credit packs are also available.
