ViolationFlow is HOA violation and architectural review (ARC) case tracking for self-managed associations of roughly 20–300 lots. Boards open one case per lot, send templated email notices, record photos and owner responses on a dated timeline, manage escalation ladders and fine ledgers, import lots by CSV, and export audit-ready case timelines as PDFs. It provides a dashboard for open and overdue cases, approval queues, and upcoming deadlines. A free plan includes 10 lots, 5 active cases, and 1 member seat; paid plans add capacity and include 5 seats at one flat per-association price.
