Venpo monitors SaaS vendors’ terms of service, privacy policies, data processing agreements and other published legal documents. When a monitored document changes, Venpo provides a redline, a plain-English explanation and impact scoring with Good/Risky classifications. Revision histories record changes over time. The product helps legal, compliance, privacy, procurement, security and vendor-risk teams identify updates that may affect data use, liability, cancellation rights or other vendor terms. Email alerts are available, with Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications on Plus and Pro plans. Revision-history retention varies by plan, and team access has plan-specific limits. Venpo is a web service for organizations that rely on SaaS and other third-party vendors.
