About Vendorapp

Vendorapp is a powerful, fully automated vendor and supplier risk management platform that unifies vendor discovery, continuous risk assessment, contract lifecycle management, compliance onboarding, and strategic reporting into a single, intuitive interface. With one-click vendor assessments, Vendorapp Intelligence conducts real-time checks for sanctions, blacklists, ESG criteria, security posture, exposure risks, contract access, and more, powered by the largest global screening lists and a 22 million-vendor asset repository. Users can instantly search by name or URL, add preferred vendors, and receive smart alerts for upcoming expiries, cancellations, or breaches through a dynamic contract calendar. Automated smart assessments balance risk mitigation with operational efficiency, while smart contract management extracts key terms, type, value, renewal, and cancellation deadlines from uploaded agreements.

    "PhD not required for setup"

    Posted 2026-04-21

Pros: Clean interface that actually makes sense from day one. Centralises all your vendor contracts, renewal dates and risk flags in one place — no more spreadsheets held together by hope. Saves real time when you're prepping for SOC2 or an audit and need to show you actually know who your vendors are and what access they have.

Cons: Still early-stage so some features are maturing. If you're a large enterprise expecting deep legacy integrations on day one, give it a few months.

Overall: We're a Series A startup and vendor sprawl was quietly becoming a problem — contracts in inboxes, renewals missed, no audit trail. VendorApp fixed that fast. It's not trying to be everything; it does third-party risk and vendor management well and keeps it simple. For any startup scaling toward SOC2 or ISO27001, this is the tool you didn't know you needed until the auditor asked a question you couldn't answer.

"full automation for risk - outstanding"

    Posted 2026-04-20

Pros: Understand a vendors inherent risk in 10 seconds. Beautiful user experience and ease of use. Includes sanction screening in the assessment. Contract management is also automated and can read contracts and pull the required information.

Cons: It is newly launched new features are still being released.

Overall: Solid app that is worth the money. On the Startup plan. No requirement for support as docs are really useful.
