Starter costs $249/month at the introductory rate ($499/month regular) and covers a book of up to $1M ARR or 75 accounts. Plans are priced per month and billed annually. The introductory rate is available for paid annual contracts signed by December 31, 2026, and remains fixed for 24 months. Starter includes three CSM/Admin seats; additional seats cost $39/month. Onboarding Manager, Finance, customer and stakeholder seats are unlimited.
