About UnderPeaks
UnderPeaks is a developer-first headless CMS that generates production-ready Flutter and Next.js applications from a single content model. Founders define their data model once, and UnderPeaks generates real, readable source code for both a mobile app and a web app from that same schema.
The platform supports five database backends — Supabase, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Firebase — through a unified adapter layer, avoiding vendor lock-in. UnderPeaks is available as UnderPeaks Core, a free, open-source, self-hosted option, and as UnderPeaks Studio, a managed hosted platform.
UnderPeaks is built by a solo founder based in George, South Africa, for developers and agencies building both mobile and web applications from the same underlying data.
