TradeHalo is a cloud-based AI phone assistant for UK tradespeople and small trade businesses, including plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, and builders. It answers incoming calls in the business’s name on a dedicated UK phone number, including outside normal working hours, and collects the job type, location, and urgency. After each call, it texts the tradesperson the caller’s details and an AI-generated summary, and sends the caller a confirmation. Urgent enquiries can trigger an immediate alert. The Pro plan books appointments into Google Calendar during calls and accounts for travel time. All plans include unlimited answered calls, transcripts, AI summaries, spam blocking, and a mini-website. TradeHalo helps small trade businesses respond to enquiries while working on site.
